Herbert “Herb” Schuerenberg has been a key part of Green Hills Contracting Services for nearly two years, serving as a driving force behind the accuracy, organization, and execution that underpin our projects. As Operations Manager, Herb plays a critical role in both the front and back end of every job—helping ensure nothing gets missed and everything is done right the first time.

Born in Nebraska and raised right here in Missouri, Carman Galbrecht brings a strong foundation of small-town values, accountability, and work ethic to Green Hills Contracting Services. As Office Manager, she is the backbone of day-to-day operations—ensuring every client interaction, internal process, and project detail is handled with precision and care.

A graduate of Santa Fe High School in Alma, Missouri, Carman later earned her Associate’s Degree in Business—an achievement she takes great pride in, having pursued higher education while raising her family. That determination and discipline show up daily in the way she manages operations and supports both our team and our customers.

Carman is passionate about working with people who take pride in doing things right the first time. She plays a critical role in keeping projects organized, communication clear, and clients informed—helping deliver the seamless experience GHCS is known for.
